IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mauren. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Set up new user accounts and manage security levels on the network
- Perform routine maintenance on computer equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Provide training to employees on how to use various software applications and tools
- Keep track of inventory for all hardware, software, and accessories
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in the industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Mauren
