IT Support Technician
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our company's computer systems. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as installing and configuring new equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our network infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and securely. Additionally, you will provide assistance to employees who are experiencing technical difficulties, either remotely or in person. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in network administration and knowledge of security protocols is also preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, with potential for growth within the company. We welcome candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Egyptians or Filipinos currently residing in Mauren or willing to relocate.
