We are hiring a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in the beautiful city of Al-Khor. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads. Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, baking, decorating, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and breads
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Decorate pastries and desserts with artistic flair
- Ensure quality control for all products
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train junior pastry chefs as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Creativity and artistic skills for decorating pastries
- Attention to detail for recipe adherence and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
- A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
