Junior Accountant

We are a growing financial services company located in the historic city of Acre, seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company budgets
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (internships may be considered)
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience working with accounting software is preferred
