Cleaner Supervisor

As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position is based in Jeddah and is suitable for men, particularly those of Indian nationality who are seeking a full-time job with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaners, including scheduling work shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and company policies
- Ensure that all areas designated for cleaning are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of work and address any issues or concerns
- Respond promptly to customer complaints or requests for additional services
- Maintain records of employee attendance, performance evaluations, and other relevant documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of various cleaning products/equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to perform the duties required (e.g. lifting heavy objects)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
