Merchandiser (US)

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are presented in the most attractive and appealing way to customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies that meet customer needs and drive sales. Your main duties will include creating product displays, organizing store layouts, and monitoring inventory levels. You will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences, as well as tracking sales data to inform future merchandising decisions.

To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of consumer behavior. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with various teams. Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail sales is preferred. This position is full-time with a salary of $1100 per month and includes accommodation. A biometric passport is required for travel purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or retail sales
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, design principles, and current market trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
