Architecture Manager



We are currently hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects for our company. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and review progress to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English language
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
