A busy restaurant in Mombasa is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area. Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwasher
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate areas
- Empty trash bins regularly and maintain cleanliness of trash area
- Stock supplies such as soap and paper towels in dishwashing area
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed

Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly understand instructions
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options available. The restaurant operates seven days a week, so some weekend availability may be required. This position does not require accommodation or previous experience.

Salary:
We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
