Experienced Barista (Egyptian or Filipino) in Vianden



We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at a busy café in the charming city of Vianden. This is an excellent opportunity for an Egyptian or Filipino professional with a passion for coffee and customer service.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee-based drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You must have previous experience working as a Barista and be able to handle high volume orders with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks according to customer requests
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions
- Keep the café area clean and organized at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Keep track of inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
- Train new staff members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation methods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in preparing drinks according to specific requests
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have own valid visa for working in Vianden without accommodation provided
