Warehouse Worker


Our fast-growing warehouse in Svalbard is seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, and distributing goods, maintaining inventory records, and operating equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, check for accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Label and store goods in designated locations
- Prepare orders for shipment by selecting and packing items
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems
- Operate forklifts or other equipment to move goods within the warehouse
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse setting
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Location:
This is a contract job located in Svalbard. Own visa holders are preferred but not required. This is an urgent position with immediate start date.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
