We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. As a Construction Manager, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute construction projects. You will also be responsible for managing resources, scheduling tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in construction management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop project schedules and manage resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
