Junior Electrical Engineer - Svalbard, Norway


We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated and driven Electrical Engineering student to join our team in Svalbard. As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field while working on challenging and innovative projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers with designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components
- Conduct research and gather data related to project requirements
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Create technical drawings and documentation using CAD software
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and apply new technology to improve processes

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and principles
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)

Salary: $1200/month (includes accommodation)
