We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our growing team in Wiltz. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month, and accommodation will also be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through online chat, email, and social media platforms
- Answer client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with any technical issues or difficulties they may encounter
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with other team members to improve customer experience and find solutions for common issues
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
- Provide feedback to the company on customer needs, preferences, and concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using online platforms
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
