Online Consultant - Wiltz, Luxembourg

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through various online platforms. Your duties will include responding to inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving customer issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive image of the company and building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or online support is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be comfortable working remotely from home

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through email, chat, or social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about products or services offered by the company
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive image of the company by delivering excellent customer service
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Keep track of client interactions and update relevant databases with accurate information
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg (with option for remote work)
