Online Consultant - Wiltz, Luxembourg

The Online Consultant will provide virtual customer support and assistance to clients via online platforms. They will be responsible for solving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English is preferred, but not required. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no accommodation provided. Biometric passport preferred but not required. Women are encouraged to apply. This position is open to Indian nationals living in or near Wiltz, Luxembourg. Salary for this role is $1200 per month.

The Online Consultant's responsibilities include:

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via online platforms
- Providing accurate information about products and services
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Building sustainable relationships with customers through open communication
- Identifying potential sales opportunities and upselling products or services when appropriate
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about company's products or services
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an online consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using online platforms for communication (e.g. chat, email)
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications
- Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
