Entry-Level Painter

An established painting company in Oslo is seeking an Entry-Level Painter to join our team. As an Entry-Level Painter, you will work under the guidance of experienced painters and learn the skills and techniques needed to become a professional painter. No prior experience is required for this role, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced painters with prepping surfaces for painting, such as sanding and cleaning
- Learn how to properly mix and apply paint
- Help set up and clean up job sites
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Observe and learn different painting techniques from experienced painters
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor in a timely manner

Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction from supervisor and work well in a team environment
- Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and standing for long periods of time
- Must have good attention to detail and be able to follow instructions carefully
