Waiter/Waitress



We are hiring a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service skills, and must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure accuracy of orders and handle any customer complaints or concerns
- Monitor dining area and ensure tables are clean and properly set up
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality certification is a plus
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar setting
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
