We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our company's network and computer systems. You will also be in charge of monitoring network performance and ensuring the security of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network components.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the network or computer systems.
- Maintain system security by implementing proper protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular backups of data to prevent loss.
- Upgrade systems as needed to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
