We are looking for a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Ufa. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be in charge of maintaining the quality and freshness of our flower inventory. The ideal candidate should have experience in floral design, a passion for flowers and strong attention to detail. This position is open to all nationalities and requires no English proficiency. Accommodation will be provided for out-of-town employees. Students with a passion for flowers are welcome to apply.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays according to clients' needs and preferences
- Selecting appropriate flowers, greenery, and other accessories
- Maintaining the quality and freshness of flower inventory by watering, pruning, and cleaning
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their flower selection
- Managing orders and keeping track of inventory levels
- Creating promotional displays to attract customers
- Collaborating with event planners or interior designers for large-scale events
- Keeping up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred but not required
- Passion for flowers and creativity in designing floral arrangements
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to lift heavy objects (flower buckets)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- No English proficiency is required but is considered an asset
