Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Mauren. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday arrangements. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, selecting the perfect flowers and greenery, and arranging them into stunning designs.

Key responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique designs for weddings, events, and everyday arrangements
- Select the best flowers and greenery to use in each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in vases or bouquets according to design specifications
- Ensure that all arrangements are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in floral design is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Proficient in creating various types of floral arrangements such as centerpieces, bouquets, garlands, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within deadlines
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30lbs) when necessary

Salary: $1700/month

This position is suitable for men who have a passion for creating beautiful floral designs. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
