Team Lead - IT Services

As a Team Lead for our IT Services department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of IT professionals in providing high-quality services to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT solutions in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop project plans for client engagements, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies and policies to improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement within the team or processes and implement appropriate changes.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of various IT systems, software, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a collaborative work environment.
