Barista


We are a well-established coffee shop in Salalah and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working condition
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed
- Continuously learn about new products, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and preparation methods
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with tips.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for our full-time employees.

Visa & Ticket:
We will provide free visa sponsorship for our non-Omani employees. We will also cover the cost of your flight ticket upon successful completion of your probation period.
