Senior Architect - Wiltz, Luxembourg



As a Senior Architect in our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of various buildings and structures in Wiltz. Your expertise and knowledge will be utilized to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of our clients. We are specifically looking for an Indian professional who is fluent in English, able to work full time, and has their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for a project
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they adhere to design specifications and local building codes
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new building materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably with experience in designing large-scale commercial or residential buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively

We offer a competitive salary package of $1800 per month along with opportunities for career growth within our company. As this is a full-time position, you will be expected to work 40 hours per week. Please note that this is not a remote job and does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Wiltz.
