Loader Supervisor
Our company, located in Muscat, is searching for a Loader Supervisor to join our team. This position is open to both Indian and foreign candidates with no English language requirement. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of loaders in loading and unloading goods and materials at our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of loaders to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Assign tasks and provide training to new loaders
- Monitor loading schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Inspect goods and materials before loading to ensure they meet quality standards
- Communicate with warehouse staff and truck drivers to facilitate smooth loading operations
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods and materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
