Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and providing leadership, guidance, and support to help them succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Manage a team of sales representatives, including setting goals, providing training and development, and conducting performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive business operations
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in the same industry (e.g. technology)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Herzliya, Israel (open to candidates of all nationalities)
