As an Entry Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that all staff members are meeting our high standards. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. Previous experience is not required but would be considered an asset. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including scheduling shifts, supervising staff, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work with management team to develop strategies for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business management would be an asset
- Strong communication skills in English; Japanese language skills would be considered an asset
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, so we are looking for candidates who are already based in Osaka or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
