Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Os, Norway. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant operations
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional service to customers
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items or modify existing ones
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Customer-oriented with outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in managing budgets, inventory, and payroll systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
-Food handling certification
-Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
-Bilingual (Norwegian/English)

Salary: $1000 per month
