Restaurant Manager - Malayalee Preferred (Sharjah)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Malayalee preferred establishment, we welcome applicants from the Malayalee community to apply for this position.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Hiring, training and managing staff members
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Creating work schedules for staff members
- Collaborating with the chef to develop new menu items

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Malayalee restaurant setting. You should also possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service skills, and excellent communication skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Requirements:

- Must be of Malayalee origin with fluency in Malayalam preferred.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with strong leadership skills.
