Executive Chef
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Remish! As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and creating innovative and delicious dishes. You will also manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and unique menus that cater to different dietary needs and preferences
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Manage cost control measures to keep expenses within budget
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Experience with cost control measures
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role. Filipino nationality preferred but not required. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
