Office Manager
We are hiring a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Malindi. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supervising office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle correspondence and maintain records
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Liaise with external vendors for services such as maintenance, IT support, etc.
- Keep track of employee attendance and manage leave requests
- Assist with recruitment process for new employees
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
