Wedding Planner Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Assistant in Medina. As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced wedding planners to help plan and coordinate all aspects of our clients' special day.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with client consultations and communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision for the wedding
- Research and recommend vendors, venues, and other wedding services based on client preferences and budget
- Assist with creating detailed event timelines and schedules
- Coordinate and confirm all details with vendors prior to the wedding day
- Attend and assist during wedding rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and other logistics
- Assist with on-site setup and coordination on the day of the wedding
- Handle any issues or last-minute changes that may arise during the event
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality or legal work permit in Canada preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in event planning or hospitality is an asset but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients/vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Availability to work weekends/evenings as needed for events
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
