Industrial Architect - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Vilnius. This is a contract position, with a salary of 1700$ per month. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This includes creating detailed plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that all safety and building codes are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proven experience in managing projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
and efficiently
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and building codes
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to coordinate project efforts
