Project Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects.

Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure their completion
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and risks
- Identify potential issues or roadblocks and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum 3 years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- PMP certification is preferred but not required

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Herzliya without requiring accommodation.
