As a Concierge in Malindi, Kenya, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. Your main duties will include making reservations for restaurants and activities, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions. You will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask efficiently. You must also have a friendly and approachable demeanor to make guests feel welcome and at ease. Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and activities as requested by guests
- Provide recommendations for local attractions and events based on guest preferences
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless coordination of guest requests
- Keep updated records of guest requests, preferences, and feedback
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (ability to speak other languages is an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
