Moderator for Online Community (Contract, Svalbard)

As a Moderator for our online community in Svalbard, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our users. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, making it perfect for students or individuals without previous experience in the field.

Your main duties will include monitoring user activity and enforcing community guidelines, responding to user inquiries and concerns, and creating engaging content to promote user interaction. You will also be responsible for moderating any conflicts or inappropriate behavior within the community.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with community members on a daily basis. It is also important that you have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their use in building online communities.
