Merchandiser Coordinator (Jerusalem, Philippines or Nepal)



As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with the merchandising team, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure products are displayed effectively and promotions are executed accurately. This is a contract position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Coordinate product placement and displays according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock issues to the team
- Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate in-store promotions and events
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency is required)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the designated region (Philippines or Nepal)
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles is a plus.

Salary: $1200/month
