Retail Merchandiser for International Company in Jerusalem


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our international company in Jerusalem. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail stores across the city. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency or previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for foreigners looking to work in Jerusalem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to check stock levels, replenish products, and maintain displays according to company standards
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal product placement and promotion
- Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to make recommendations for product improvements or adjustments
- Coordinate with the sales team to plan promotional events and campaigns
- Conduct product training sessions for store employees to increase product knowledge and sales
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company guidelines

Requirements:
- High attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Prior experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment in Jerusalem

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
