We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and decorative elements. You must have experience working with different types of plaster and be able to produce smooth and even finishes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and priming them
- Measure and mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply wet plaster to surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Use hand or power tools to shape and smooth plaster surfaces
- Create decorative finishes such as stucco or texture designs
- Repair damaged areas of existing plasterwork
- Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Valid work permit for Israel
