Personal Trainer
As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will work closely with clients to assess their goals, create customized workout plans, and provide ongoing support and motivation to help them achieve their desired results. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals and create personalized workout plans
- Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing instruction on proper form and technique
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track with their fitness goals
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to enhance their overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times
Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the field
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition
- Ability to adapt workouts based on individual needs and limitations
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (candidates from Canada preferred)
