Personal Trainer

We are seeking a certified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Kaunas. As a Personal Trainer, you will work with clients to develop and implement personalized fitness plans based on their goals and abilities. You will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking client progress, providing guidance on proper form and technique, and offering nutritional advice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments with clients to determine their current physical condition, health history, and fitness goals
- Develop personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed
- Motivate and support clients during sessions to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and tracking measurements
- Provide nutritional guidance and education to support overall health and wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area for optimal safety and functionality

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a personal trainer
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills to effectively guide clients through workouts and provide feedback
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs, limitations, or injuries
- Passion for health and fitness with a strong desire to help others achieve their goals
- Valid work visa or ability to obtain one in order to work in Kaunas
- Fluency in English is preferred
