Junior Barista


As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for making and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers. Your main duties will include taking and preparing customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area, operating coffee-making equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but some experience in customer service or food/beverage industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn about different types of coffee and brewing techniques

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Attend training sessions to learn about new products or techniques

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Braga, Portugal
