Restaurant Manager - Herzliya, Israel


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Herzliya, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. Your main duties will include overseeing staff, creating schedules, managing inventory and ordering supplies, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Preference will be given to Egyptian nationals or those who are fluent in English and willing to relocate to Herzliya.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Create schedules for staff and manage their performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and food quality standards
- Train new employees on procedures and policies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and specials
- Manage budgets and increase profitability by implementing cost-saving measures
- Keep track of sales, expenses, and other financial records

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not required)
