Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects within our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all project objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, goals, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates and address any roadblocks
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management tools/software
- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preference:
Canadian or Nepali nationalities preferred
English fluency required
