Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects in the city of Kaunas. Your main duties will include creating conceptual designs, preparing construction documents, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and coordinating with clients and team members. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, as well as strong project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and provide guidance throughout all phases of projects
- Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Project management experience is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
