Senior Architect - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of building projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process of building projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Oversee the work of junior architects and drafters
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project viability and compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project budgets and schedules regularly to ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Strong leadership skills to mentor junior architects and oversee projects
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees.
