Job Title: Administrative Manager
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily administrative operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the company
- Manage and supervise the work of administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed for upper management
- Arrange travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff and provide training or coaching when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
Salary: $1500 per month
