Architecture Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in Beer-Sheva. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop architectural plans that meet client requirements
- Oversee the design process from concept development to final construction documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
