Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars, organizing files, and coordinating meetings and appointments. Your role will also involve communicating with clients and employees, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, and handling general office duties such as answering phone calls and maintaining office supplies.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. This position is open to candidates of any nationality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Organize and maintain files
- Communicate with clients and employees
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required
Salary: $1800 per month
Location: Sheduva, India
