We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our bustling coffee shop in the heart of Remish. Our ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, has excellent customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and knowledge by creating latte art and serving specialty drinks.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and more
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure quality standards are met
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when necessary
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all menu items and be able to make suggestions based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills are also preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
