Handyman/Handywoman



We are hiring a skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Dickirch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties, ensuring they are in good condition at all times. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Fix or replace broken locks, windows, doors, and other fixtures
- Paint and touch up walls and surfaces as needed
- Maintain outdoor spaces by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and clearing snow
- Keep inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are in good working condition
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Respond promptly to any emergency maintenance requests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman/Handywoman or in a similar role
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)
